Currently, large-scale projects or mega-projects in the EEC area continue to progress steadily, with a total development value of 1.7 trillion baht. The second phase of EEC development from 2022 to 2026 is being driven forward by the Eastern Economic Corridor Policy Committee (EEC Board), focusing on infrastructure development, including Map Ta Phut Port Phase 3, Laem Chabang Port Phase 3, and rail transport projects. It is anticipated that this will attract over 2.2 trillion baht in investments to the area. As a result, in 2022, Origin EEC Co., Ltd. is focusing on developing residential projects in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) to reinforce its position as a comprehensive housing leader in the eastern region. For its business plan in 2022, Origin EEC aims to launch a total of 5 new condominium projects with a combined value of over 5 billion baht, which include:

All 5 projects are targeted at various groups, including university students, working professionals in the EEC, and those just starting to plan investments. This will be the first time the company introduces the new Duplex Space concept for sale in Rayong.
